Reservations

Bookings are subject to vehicle availability, service-area coverage, pricing confirmation, and operational acceptance by StRide.

Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to behave safely and lawfully. StRide may refuse or end service in cases involving unsafe, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

Billing

Rates, tolls, waiting time, add-ons, overages, and applicable fees will be disclosed in booking or membership terms when available and may vary by trip type.

Limitation

StRide is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, airline disruption, public restrictions, customer lateness, or other events outside its reasonable control.
