Membership Terms
Signature and Black Card memberships are recurring service programs with booking perks, included value, and account rules.
Included value
Membership plans may include ride credits, included mileage, preferred rates, concierge access, and priority booking windows based on the active plan.
Rollover and overages
Any rollover of unused value is subject to the active plan rules. Additional miles, time, tolls, or premium add-ons may be billed separately.
Renewal and changes
Memberships renew automatically until canceled or paused in accordance with the active agreement. Plan changes apply prospectively unless otherwise approved by StRide.
Non-transferability
Membership benefits apply only to the approved member account or authorized corporate riders on the account.
